You can use a software named “AC3Killer” to fix the sound problem on your PC firestly.
When you use AC3Killer to open a folder on your computer, it will find the ac3 movies out automatically, and convert the AC3 to AAC, then translate the movies to AcePlayer and the sound problem has been fixed.

Why do you make two version of AcePlayer ?
Because if I update the Green version , I must remove the AC3 audio decoder. More than 2000,000 users use the Green version, I did not know how to do when I got the notice that I can not use the AC3 audio decoder.
Now My decision is this:
The green version and the violet version will be online alternately.
If you can not find your app, do not worry. You can also update it in your “Purchased” apps in the app store if you find the version is bigger than your app.
Notice:
The green AcePlayer will be updated to be 2.5.1 after Christmas.
The violet one has been updated to be 2.4.1, you can find out it in your purchased apps.
app store ->update -> purchased (find out the AcePlayer)

(1) the violet version does not have AC3 decoder?
Answer: Yes, but I will fix it 4 weeks later when the violet version is not online.
(2) will there still be updates on the green version ?
Answer: Yes, it will be updated about two weeks later.
(3) you mentioned updates available in “purchased” app. Is that mean I
should remove the existing app (green version?) from IPhone and re
download it from purchased history in order to get an update?
Answer: You don’t need to delete it, you can find out it and update it normally.
(4) if I already have the green version, do I still need to download
the violet version? What exactly is the difference?
Answer: NO, they are both the same.
(5) which version should I choose?
Answer: They are both the same.
(6) why can’t you have both version available? Just provide in
different name (ie. ace player green / ace player violet).
Answer: Because if it is online , it must not have AC3 decoder.
(7) Will you make it available for free in app store? If so when?
Answer: When it will be updated again, then limited free for two days , be off line and update the AC3 problem.
(8) how do I identify which version has AC3 decoder and which one do not has AC3 decoder?
Answer:
version X.X does not have AC3, such like version 2.4. You should not update it.
version X.X.1 has AC3, such like version 2.4.1. Just update it.
